Mr Harrowell studied English at University in Manchester and completed his PGCE in Primary Education at The Institute of Education in London. He has a Masters in Education Management from King’s College London. Mr Harrowell is passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives and believes that every child deserves the absolute best in their education.
